CLC Genomics Factory - a data-crunchin' monster

We have just launched a turnkey solution for whole genome and whole transcriptome analysis. The CLC Genomics Factory is an enterprise solution which includes a computer cluster, pre-installed software with accelerated algorithms for Next Generation Sequencing data analysis, and CLC bio's user-friendly Genomics Workbenches as clients. The smaller of the three available Genomics Factories has a 48 CPU core and 160 GB RAM, and it is capable of processing 8 full human genomes or 150 human transcriptomes per week. The Factory scales to a solution that processes up to 4 times that data.
