hi,kaboroevich, thanks to your reply, but i don't work for a government or educational institution. So i must pay a fee if i want to get the software package. Do you have it? Can you share it with me if you have? Thanks.

That would break the academic agreement:

        3) You agree not to make the programs (including source code,
executables, or any part thereof, in modified or unmodified form)
available to anyone outside your group, and not to put them where they
may be accessible to outside individuals without your direct knowledge.
I doubt you will find anyone willing to provide you with the packages.

firstly, nice to meet you.I fully agree with you. I also doubt it,but i can't afford it,and i just do something by myself not for any other company,in other words,i'm interested in bioinformatics and things than i do make me no pay. i'm in China, and welcome to our hometown.
          Thanks.

Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
            by SEQadmin2

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating

New Genomics Technologies Take Aim at Long-Standing Limits
            by SEQadmin2

Researchers using sequencing and genomics tools often have to make trade-offs. They can choose between speed or scale, short reads or long-range information, or targeted panels or a view of the whole transcriptome. New technologies that have been released this year are built to address those tough choices.

We asked six companies the same four questions to learn about their latest products. The new technologies bring a lot to the table, including rethinking sequencing
