I have the results of several assemblies, lets say assembly1, assembly2, assembly3 and assembly4. All of them made with Seqman Pro from 454 reads.
I have the contigs and singletons generated in all these assemblies and I'd like to assembly i.e the contigs+singletons of assembly1 with the contigs and singletons of the assembly2.
Could anybody help me pointing me the right direction? What parameters should I use?
I've been reading the documentation but cannot find the information.
