    newblur help

    I'm trying to run newblur with SCARF data converted to fastq using fq_all2std.pl but runAssembly keeps giving me an error after it indexes the fastq input.

    Code:
    Error:  At least one read sequence must be present in the project
        in order to proceed with mapping or assembly.
    I didn't think it required an sff file to run?
