heterogenous data and Euler-SR

I am a new member of the forum with a background in Neuroscience. I am just getting started with sequencing and was wondering if anyone could clarify for me whether Euler-SR can handle both paired-end and singletons in a single assembly. The documentation indicated how to assemble paired-ends and how to do singletons, but I was unsure of how to combine the two into the single read file the Euler-SR uses for assembly.
