Taipan !!!!!!!!!

Unable to run taipan assembler, it reads the paired end fastq file then stops

./taipan -f datafastq/sg/Myco/abc/ERR486827.fastq -k 10 -t 10 -o 2 -v 0 -c 100

Screen shows

That does not look like a paired end file (unless the reads are interleaved into one file).
