SOLiD RNA-Seq protocol ver 2 - no PCR products

Hi,
I just finished preparing some libraries for SOLiD RNA-Seq using the new protocol (The one which does not use the Ambion fractionator). After doing a Bioanalyzer run I see that there are no PCR products.

Does anybody have experience with the new protocol? Does it need optimization ? Comments greatly appreciated.
