Hi, all
I am working on RNA-seq data these days. The goal is to find DEGs in two closely related species. We have RNA-seq data with two biological replicates. Now the problem is how to do statistical test on these datasets? The pop used packages (e.g. DEseq edgR...) i think is not suitable here, if i do t-test, someone said three biological replicates is minimal. I am not familiar with statistics, someone can give suggestions? Thanks
