    Samstat error message

    I have mapped the reads (Illumina Hiseq) using STAR aligner and I am using Samstat for assessing the quality of the mapping.

    1. The samstat gives an error message "Bad x in routine betai x"
    2. All the plots are reported on the html except for the error distribution

    What does this error mean? Have you ever encountered any problems using samstat along with Star aligner?
