RNASeq data-set for machine learning

Dear all,

I'm looking for an RNASeq data-set to test machine learning classification algorithms. Specifically, the set should contain >= 10 samples of at least two closely related groups and should be derived from higher eukaryotes.

Any suggestions or ideas would be great!

I was just wondering if there is a common used training data-set as there is for microarray based experiments (e.g. http://molonc.bccrc.ca/aparicio-lab/research/metabric/ used here: http://www.ploscompbiol.org/article/...l.pcbi.1002920).

If not, I guess I have to assemble one using the data-bases.
