Dear Folks,
Just curious to know about any mRNA isolation protocol available today that works for both bacterial and fungi. I have an NGS experiment where the total RNA needs to isolated from a culture where a bacteria and a fungi are infected. For this, I have to follow a common protocol (a well accepted) to isolate total RNA from both species at the same.
I hope someone has come across such experiments and figured some solutions. Please share your thoughts and suggestions.
Best,
Raj
