    amplicons and MIDs for GS junior

    I have been told that for sequencing amplicons from different samples in junior GS Roche I can just add to my present target primers the oligos for MID and sequencing but I am afraid that some considerations on the interaction of my target primers with the additional oligos should be made. ¿Anybody with experience on this matter?
