    Simple question - Quantification by bioanalyzer

    Hi

    I have a real simple question. When running a chip on the Bioanalyzer is the calculated concentration then the concentration on the chip or is it the concentration in my sample. Don't know if the software take the 6x dilution into account.

    It's the concentration in your sample. It takes the dilution into account.
