    High molecular weight DNA separation

Does anybody know whether there is a commercial platform which is able to separate well high molecular weight DNA of 20-40 kb and above, apart from using pulse field electrophoresis?

The max. I found on these commercial platforms, mostly DNA chips, is 12 kb.

Two to look at for this are the Blue Pippin (up to about 40Kb) and the Boreal Genomics Aurora.

Thanks, the Blue Pippin looks nice, but doesn't the Aurora system just purify and concentrate DNA so you would still have to do a pulse field electrophoresis separately? At least I understood it like that.
