Hi everyone,
My lab is looking to perform a Chip-seq experiment, however we do not have access to a proper sonicator or Bioanalyzer to generate the library. Nor do we have the funds to purchase them (this will be a one off experiment). Without easy access to these tools is it still possible to perform Chip-seq? Alternatively, are there any institutions where a student can be sent to process and sequence their own samples? Thanks.
