Second-strand RNA synthesis NEB

For anyone who may use NEB's second strand cDNA enzyme mix in their RNA libraries -

Have you ever left your reactions in the thermocycler at 4 degrees overnight after completing? I am concerned because there's a DNA ligase in there - will large concatamers of insert form if I leave it on park overnight instead of returning to the lab at 9:00 to purify?
