    SMARTer Ultra Low RNA (Clonetech, 634935)

    Has anyone had success using the SMARter kit with FFPE samples? Our cDNA synthesis isn't working as RNA from our FFPE tends to degraded and modified. Has anyone else had this problem and or know of a solution?


    Thank you....would appreciate any tips/info!

      They are releasing a random hexamer kit early next year. It will work better with FFPE RNA than the current kit which uses oligo-dT.
