I extracted some total RNA from HEPG2 cell line with Trizol. After I ran them on bioanalyzer, I found a peak right after 28s. It's a sharp peak but kinda bothers me cause I've seen it before. Does anyone here know what that is? I wonder if the third peak would affect the RIN number.
