I want to analyze frozen tumors, using both ChiP-seq and RNA-analysis, i.e. qPCR and later RNA-seq. The material must be purified from the same tissue sections due to heterogeneity. Anyone has experience on how to approach this, or kit recommendations? I have experience with RNA-seq, but I normally purify RNA with Trizol as the first step.
