Hi all,
Has anyone working on Clip-seq any advice to prepare cDNA library from low yield of RNA input?
We are planning to employ Illumina system for seq.
Since Clip-seq yield is low (e.g. <10ng concentrated by Bioanalyzer), we found two options
1) Clontech UltraLow
I was advised with two kits 1) Clontech Smarter universal low input rna kit

2) Nugen Ovation system
Both have pros and cons. More importantly we could not find many refs that can robustly demonstrate the efficiency in Clip.
I appreciate if any one who has expertise in clip will give us some advice.
