NEBNext Library and TruSeq Exome enrichment
Does anyone know if I can use DNA libraries prepared with NEBNext Ultra DNA Prep Kit for Illumina for Exome Enrichment with TruSeq exome enrichment kit by illumina (or already did it)? Thx
