How to have one sample sequenced to double the coverage of the other?

Suppose I have two DNA exome samples using the same exome capture kit. I want to put them on the same lane. Suppose one lane has a sequencing capacity of 30Gb. I want to allocate 20Gb for one sample and 10Gb for the other.

What is the best way to do this? Thanks a lot in advance!

I would probably split the 20Gbp sample up into two and attach two separate barcodes (or perhaps just the same barcode). It should be easier to get samples to an equal concentration than a 2/3, 1/3 split.
