Hi,
Could anyone with experience/knowledge in targeted exome capture provide me with a little info as I am fairly ignorant to the pricing/throughput.
We have a pedigree of 1000s of individuals of a species, which will soon have its genome published. I wonder, is it possible to target a number of neutral genes and those we know involved in particular functions in each individual at a reasonable cost?
