Target capture sequencing of GC rich regions

Hello,

We want to design a target capture assay (like exome sequecing) for a few regions that are GC rich. Now I know that in the past there were trouble with capturing these GC rich regions. Does any one has an idea what the current status is the quality of capturing this regions or other techniques/methods present to sequence these regions?
