I am working on optimizing my assay. Right now, we are somewhat stuck with the Agilent SureSelect XT library prep method because we are working with a custom capture reagent. I was wondering if anyone had used KAPA HiFi Hotstart for PCR amplification with the Agilent SureSelect XT protocol and, if so, what the results were like? Thank you for any help.
