mitochondrial RNA expression. Protocol?

Dear seqanswers user,

I am interested in mitochondrial RNA expression. Is it better to use poly-A or ribosomal RNA depletion library kit ? Does mouse mtRNA have polyA tails? I read that RiboZero also removes mt rRNA. Does it also remove mt RNA?
