Dual SPRI cleanup with Chipseq

Hello everyone,
Has anyone heard of recommendations to not run a dual bead clean up after adapter ligation with low input libraries? Does this work?

Yes-we run only single sided SPRI. It is mostly because you cannot control the shearing in ChIP so the sizes may be different. You don't want to lose any sites.
