newbie, DNase protocol ???

Hi there,
I'm really new in RNAseq, and I think this is my second post here . Well, my question is related to DNase treatment after total RNA extraction using TRIzol, which enzyme you will choose: DNase RQ1 (Promega) or DNase I (Thermoscientific)?? If you use another one, please tell me about that. And any DNase treatment protocol is also received .
