Has anyone used this yet? I'm interested in some feedback.
The manual is here. They use a 10 minute transposon library prep, followed by 8-cycles of PCR, followed by a 90 minute hyb that cycles between 65C and 37C sixty times. Then dual indexing PCR.
Big downside is requiring custom sequencing primers.
