cfDNA Isolation from individual plasma samples

This is my first post, so be gentle.

Was wondering if anyone can recommend optimal/industry standard plasma collection and processing protocol for NGS library preparation and analysis? Specifically with minimum high molecular weight DNA contamination. Details from patient contact and downstream (blood collection tube choice, anti-coagulant, etc. through DNA isolation.)
