    Restriction digest of RNA /DNA hybrid

    Has anyone used a restriction enzyme on a 1st strand cDNA synthesis product

    what would I expect if the SSpI RE is used on a viral cDNA 1st strand product if the site is available on a dsDNA sequence of this genome?
