PCR Clean up - 96 well

    Hi,

I'm hoping some of you may be able to help? We are using the nimblegen sequence capture protocol and in one of the last steps after you have captured your DNA via strepdavidin beads there is a PCR stage. Each sample is split into 2 seperate PCR reactions of 100ul and then combined following the PCR to give ~200ul of product. We want to perform the PCR clean up of this product in a 96 well format but it is difficult to find a system that can handle such large volumes, has anyone got any recomendations of potential suppliers of kits?

    Thanks,

    H
