Ampure XP DNA rebinding if accidentaly added RSB

Hi to all!

I was preparing a library, but by accident (my mind was on other place i think) i added the RSB (Resuspension Buffer from Truseq RNa library prep kit) after the EtOH 80% wash, but the ethanol was not completely dried...

Did I messed up this library? Cause the RSB elutes the DNA from the beads. Is there a way to recover the DNA, or just Im a little paranoic right now and my DNA will still be fine?

If you have collected RSB from beads you can dilute the eluate to reduce Ethanol concentration and do a column or another bead clean up.
