DNA concentration methods, SureSelect

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone had info or thoughts on whether concentrating a sheared DNA library using precipitation methods or water depletion methods (such as butanol extraction) would negatively effect the chemistry of the library going into, for example, a SureSelect preparation protocol?

It will not change the library chemistry. To avoid negative impact on hybridisation one should be careful about carry over of salts or alcohols from the process.
