Hello,
Sadly there was a freezer malfunction last weekend, and one of the items that may have been compromised was a brand new SMART-Seq v4 Ultra Low Input RNA Kit. Our best estimate is that the kit was left at ~4C for three days. How robust are the oligos, buffers, and enzymes (SeqAmp DNA Polymerase and SMARTScribe Reverse Transcriptase) to being left at this temperature for this length of time? I am most concerned about the enzymes, though I am unsure about the buffers and oligos.
Thanks very much for any insight you can provide.
