Accidentally left second strand synthesis tube at RT

Hi All

I am making Truseq stranded RNA library. I accidentally left the second strand synthesis tube at room temperature overnight? Will the second strand synthesis reaction work next time.

Probably not, but you can call illumina, tell them what happened, and see if they'll send a replacement. Or possibly, just buy that component.
