How much gDNA per Drosophila?

Hi, trying to get an idea of maximum yield of gDNA that could be expected from a few insect species.

Does anyone have an estimate for high molecular weight gDNA per # of individuals or per milligram of Drosophila, Apis, any Dipteran or hymenopteran?

Know a reference? My Qubit is telling me I'm getting 15ug from the flight muscles of a single bee and I feel like that's unlikely. I am going to reheat and try again in case it's not fully dissolved and I'm getting it off the bottom.
