Low-cost and reliable method for Illumina multiplex RNA-seq libraries

Hello every one,

I am a newbie here.
I am looking for a cost-effective method to prepare the multiplex RNA-seq libraries from the mouse. We have the Illumina Nextseq 500 in-house with the single end 75 and paired-end 2x75 running protocols.
For this system, can you please recommend a cost-effective method for library preparation since our current purpose is the gene expression analysis and we have plenty of mouse RNA samples (40-70 samples)?
