Recently, Our lab want to buy sonicator.So we evaluate the bioruptor and Misonix.But bioruptor is more expensive and Misonix apply in NGS is less
So we want to ask :
Have someone use the Misonix 4000 for fragement genomic DNA (Solexa system)
Is this symstem good for DNA fragement in 300-100 bp
and May i ask the program.
