Using SureSelect XT for WGS Library Generation

Hi,

Has anyone tried to use the SureSelect XT kits to make a WGS library? I only have 2 libraries to make and had some spare reagents leftover from the SureSelect XT kit from a previous project.

My only concern is adjusting the pre-capture and post-capture indexing PCR cycles accordingly.
