I would like to learn from collective experience and to know the opinion of people that now routinely run Illumina and SOLiD/Ion Torrent.
I am currently trying to establish a comparative (prices, time of preparation, applications) of different library preparation and pre-run quality control for these technologies.
Please, could someone help me with information about sample preparation?
Also, I would like to know what methods are versatile for more than one technology.
