    SHRiMP2 mapping report

    Code:
            Pairs Matched:                          9,371    (35.4532%)  <--
            ... with QV >= 10:                      2,351    (8.8945%)
            Pairs Dropped:                          0    (0.0000%)
            Total Paired Matches:                   39,484  <--
            Avg Matches/Pair Matched:               4.21
            Duplicate Paired Matches Pruned:        2,680

            Additional Reads Matched Unpaired:      19,589    (37.0555%)  <--
            ... with QV >= 10:                      642    (1.2144%)
            Total Unpaired Matches:                 129,022  <--
            Avg Matches/Unpaired Matched Read:      6.59
            Duplicate Unpaired Matches Pruned:      2,177
    The above was the SHRiMP2 paired end mapping report. I'm confuse which one is the right value(pointed with arrow) I should read in order to learn for how many paired end reads as well as the half-paired reads were mapped.

    Could you guys kindly please share your experience?

    (Total Paired Matches)/(Pairs Matched) = (Avg Matches/Pair Matched)

      Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
      by SEQadmin2

      Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

      Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating

      New Genomics Technologies Take Aim at Long-Standing Limits
      by SEQadmin2

      Researchers using sequencing and genomics tools often have to make trade-offs. They can choose between speed or scale, short reads or long-range information, or targeted panels or a view of the whole transcriptome. New technologies that have been released this year are built to address those tough choices.

      We asked six companies the same four questions to learn about their latest products. The new technologies bring a lot to the table, including rethinking sequencing
