    From Fasta get GO-terms

    Hello friends,

    I used to do GO annotation using Blast2GO but it strangely gave me 0 GO-terms to a 507 sequences dataset... it was really strange... The blast went fine, but when I try the annotation it gives me no hits at all... I dunno if I made me clear.

    You know any other software to have GO-terms from fasta files?

    did you change the type of blast search? GO annotations only work with BLASTx.... tBLASTx does not work

      I really can't remember if I did any alteration in the parameters. lol but I already solve my problem in tab Tools there is an option that "Restore all original B2G properties", and now everything is okay.
