SSR screening:better tools than RepeatFinder?

Hi ,
has anybody experience using SSR tools for repeat discovery in draft genomes? I will test Repeatfinder and Sputnik but I was wondering if there are other tools out there.

yes, There is also very good tool , MISA (Perl based) . I think it is really useful for you.
if you successfully run the sputnik then please send me the procedure , How to run it.
