tQN normaliztion - warnings

Hi,

I am analyzing a large data set of illumina arrays for CNVs.

I carried out the common normaliztion method - tQN. It worked and produced results but it also wrote that there are more then 50 warnings.

I think the warning came from the R componenet but I cannot see the warnings as it was run from a Perl wrapper.

Does anyone knw what are the warnings about or how I can veiw them ?
