Does anyone know of any other companies than Floragenex that perform RAD-tag library production and genotyping? I'm working on sole source justification. Thanks.

reason being is that Floragenex have a worldwide patent on "RADseq" so as far as I am aware no one else can at least provide the service under that acronym.
People just rename their protocol.
Laval University offer double digest (dd)RADseq (which overcomes uneven RAD coverage seen in RadSeq)

We ended up going with Genotyping-by-sequencing rather than RADseq.
