    The temperature is something they set. I think it's currently set to be ~34.6C. They said it's not that important with the XLR70 kit, only with the XL+ kit.
    Also, here they've decreased the price of the XLR70 kit to now be the same as the XL+ kit as they want me to use this for amplicon projects and not do them on the XL+. Apparently amplicon results with the XL+ kits are consistently worse than they are for the XLR70 kits.
