    Hi to everybody,

    has someone experience with 454-Titanium and LIMS ?
    In GS_FLX, there was a documents for LIMS and 454.
    I try to follow it, but we have a Titanium and instructions are wrong...

    I try to use the script
    startLimsSimServer.sh

    but I receive:
    /usr/local/rig/bin/startLimsSimServer.sh: line 58: cd: /usr/local/rig/bin/java: No such file or directory


    I never use a LIMS.... can someone help me ?

    Data variability is still an issue in sequencing technologies despite the advances in reproducibility and accuracy of these platforms. But the problem does not originate in the sequencing itself, but in the previous steps, before the sample reaches the sequencer.

    The first step is collection, followed by preservation and sample preparation for analysis. Most scientists overlook those steps, but not being careful might just be skewing the experiment’s results.
