    short reads problem

    Hi all,

    I have a serious short reads problem with almost all my cDNA libraries. This happens on both FLX and Junior. But the traces on Bioanalyzer looked fine (without any peaks indicating short amplicons). I think there could be something wrong with my library preparation but I have strictly followed the Roche protocol. Can anyone give me some suggestions?
