Does anyone else with the 454 GS Jr have orange/rust colored precipitate on the sipper manifold? It's on the right side of ours near the two green mini sippers. It's mostly on the front side of the thing behind the green sippers; I'm not sure what it's called. It's not anywhere else on the sequencer.

Hi Farrel75, what you are probably seeing is waste substrate. It turns color when exposed to bleach or light for an extended period of time. If your sequencing runs still look OK, then it is probably just coming form the waste line and not a leak anywhere important in the system. you can clean it off with 50% ethanol.
